CUSTOM MULTIMODAL LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS

Goods and freight transloading hub

The steel and recycling sector and the mineral oil industry, with one of the largest oil terminals in the region, benefit in particular from the site’s proximity to transport routes and the custom terminal services it provides. The growing attractiveness of inland waterways for container transport is one reason why the Port of Trier is becoming a popular hub for goods and freight transloading in the heart of Europe.

The Multimodal Terminal Trier offers a wide range of services, making it a powerful node for Europe’s goods and freight transport.

One strength of the terminal is its wide range of services for containers, including transloading and trucking, inland waterway transport on the Moselle and Saar rivers, repairs, rail transloading, stuffing & stripping and a comprehensive door-to-door service.
